  • Myvatn Nature Baths Entrance Ticket

    1. Myvatn Nature Baths Entrance Ticket

Myvatn Nature Baths is a traditional and tastefully designed complex offering a completely natural experience that you can enjoy with your day admission ticket. The 2 steam baths are built on top of a geothermal area and the sulfur steam rises up through holes in the floor. The water of the Myvatn Nature Baths is drawn from a borehole that goes 2,500 meters into the ground. The water has a high concentration of minerals, is basic in nature and well suited for bathing. Before or after bathing you can enjoy a light meal and drinks at Café Kvika in a beautiful setting with views of the stunning natural surroundings. You can also make use of the swim-up bar in the baths and enjoy a beer, wine, cider, soda, or glass of sparkling wine in the water.

Clean and well run. The baths are fabulous - especially when the sun is out :) I was lucky with the weather. GetYourGuide app discount was welcome ! It’s good value compared with prices of other thermal baths in Iceland - but still expensive in Uk pound terms.

What an amazing time we had as a group with David leading the way! We got to see so much in such a short time and got lifetime images will never forget. Only thing that would have been better would have been having time to go down to the Studagil Canyon.

The place remains essential who wishes to discover the hot silica baths. The blue color of the water makes the place magical. Be sure to bring your towel.

Very nice modern bathroom. Wasn't full either. Be sure to look at the mud pots 5km further beforehand, then you know what to bathe in.

Relaxing, clean, not too crowded. I highly recommend
