This private tour was just awesome! The two cenotes were gorgeous and not crowed, the authentic Mayan lunch was delicious, and the tour of the Tulum Ruins was enlightening. We wanted a private tour so we could customize it if necessary and we did. We changed the ending and did a different add on which was fine with our guide. Axel, our tour guide, was so pleasant, knowledgeable about Mayan history, and very accommodating. This excursion exceeded our expectations and we actually called him the next day to use his services.

I was looking to give my partner a special tour for his birthday; privacy, punctuality and great knowledge of our guide Axel, I would recommend this tour for couples; I was looking for a special tour for my gf's birthday; privacy, punctuality and a great knowledge from Axel our guide, I recommend this tour for couple trips.

Fantastic :) The animals and the staff really work with a lot of heart and soul here. Of course it is ultimately a zoo with a photo attraction, but it was a lot of fun and the cenote is also excellent. Transportation is also available for $10 round trip. In short: definitely book

Really great trip. The staff clearly have the best interests of the animals at heart. Our guide Yary was fantastic and she had lots of information on all the rescued animals. The little monkey encounter at the end was adorable too. Highly recommended!

Amazing sanctuary well worth a visit… do the ATvs and Cenotes whilst you’re there. Brilliant half day out!
