We play Very nice experience with our guide rachelle who was adorable and very professional. Thank you for this unforgettable day!

The snorkeling with the turtles tears down the rating quite a bit. It is pure mass tourism and nothing else. One can only feel sorry for the turtles! We would never do it again. Also, the water is cloudy and at one point countless people. Swimming in the cave system was great, gladly again at any time. That was the real highlight of the trip. A photo service should also be included, but photos on land in life jackets should be taken by us in pairs. We could have bought these pictures in the end. We clearly communicated that we found it unnecessary and so were left alone with it. The guide was good, he knew what he was doing. However, everything seemed very disorganized, unfortunately. But anyone who cares about nature and turtles should really not do this excursion. We regret it!

Good excursion, the bad thing that when you see the turtles in nature you risk not being able to see one. The way to the cenote is quite busy.
