Amazing experience! During the 2 days we saw different and stunning scenery along the way. Be prepared for long drives, but the unique landscapes are totally worth it. Watik our driver was super friendly, helpful with information and advice and drove considerably on some varied roads! The Atlas mountains and desert experience were superb. The camel ride at sunset into the camp was fantastic and the Berber guides in the camp were very friendly and gave us info on the history and culture. We stopped off at Ait ben Haddlou on the way back to Marrakech. This UNESCO heritage site is stunning and a recognisable backdrop to some famous movies. We had an optional guide for a little extra cost to give us more info which was worthwhile. The drive back through the mountains gives you another chance to take in those views. Thank you for an amazing experience and definitely recommended.

We booked this 2 days tour and it was awesome. It’s a long journey through beautiful roads and always surrounded by nature and typical villages. At some point in the middle of the mountains our camels were waiting for us and during 25 minutes they drove us to our camp. We had meet and greet with local people that show us the camp and informed us about dinner, breakfast and sunrise times. We had our own tent for 4 people but bathroom was shared with everyone. Energy to charge our phones was only provided at the common tent were we had dinner and breakfast. The best of the experience was our guide and driver Said, he was always explaining the places, berbere culture and worried about our comfort, happiness and well being. Thanks a lot to Said! :)

Our guide Barak was great very friendly, but hope to get more historical background on the places we visit. But Barak was great on answering any questions we may have. Expect lots of in car travel, but we made brief stops along the way, air Ben houdou was most impressive wish we had longer time there we fitted that in our schedule the second day. lunch was average same place both days. Had private tent, didn't have to share with others. But expect sand to be everywhere.

I definitely recommend this trip to those who want to experience Morocco more than Marrakesh. I enjoyed the scenery of the Atlas mountain with its valleys. The thing which makes this excursion unforgettable is the desert camp; it's a worth visit. The trip is a really long drive, but our driver Said made us enjoy it all the way. He put his effort to ensure we enjoy Berber culture and hospitality; showed us all places for good photos and met all our expectations.

We were greatly welcomed by the driver - who was super nice - and by the hosting community at the desert. Also the trip allows to see many different things in a short period of time. Regarding downsides, it is quite a stretch to do a 7h drive in each day, where mostly you get to see mountains, and the desert is rock-based, not sand.
