Gran Canaria: Puerto de Mogán Full-Day Coach Tour

1. Gran Canaria: Puerto de Mogán Full-Day Coach Tour

Build a complete picture of Gran Canaria on a full-day coach tour of all 4 coasts. Start by heading southwest to the pretty fishing village of Puerto de Mogán. Continue through a landscape of volcanic mountains to the typical Canarian town of San Nicolás.  Marvel at the cliffs on the west coast as you make your way to Puerto de las Nieves in Agaete to the north. Pass through the villages and banana plantations of Gáldar, Guía and Arucas. Arrive at Las Palmas and stroll along Canteras Beach to take photos of the Alfredo Kraus Auditorium. Return to the south of the island along the east coast.

great tour guide

Tom as tour guide was very accommodating, perfect in 3 languages, with lots of information that he enthusiastically shared with his guests (nothing from the guide!). I was particularly impressed by the driver of the car - how skillfully he took the curves on these very narrow and steep streets - respect! The only thing I didn't like was the last stay (in front of a shopping center). Canteras beach was directly accessible but a bit disappointing. But I would do the tour again and can recommend it (best if you don't get travel sick because of the curves!!) and don't want to drive the narrow streets yourself (you can't stop and look then)

Great touguide, great bus driver, who brought us safely over the winding island serpentines. There were many interesting stops and a delicious, really affordable lunch. Only the last stop in Las Palmas was disappointing, we were let out at a shopping center outside of the city center. We only had a good hour there, so a visit to the city on our own was not worth the time.

Was good do think it would be better to have it separate or headphones as one person trying to talk in 3 languages spoiks it a bit Food was OK but do think again coukd be better But all in all a enjoyable day

Tom is a great tour guide with an encyclopedia of info during the tour. Lunch was less successful (but from another party).

Interesting tour, unfortunately only with 3 sightseeing stops.
