A wonderful experience. The Great Ocean Road offers absolutely stunning views as you drive past some pretty seaside towns. There was plenty of time for stops for photos, walks, food and drinks etc. The bus was quite cramped, not much leg room. Laid back and friendly drivers and fellow travellers from around the world added to the experience. Good catering along the way.
Mick was an excellent guide. We were the only two and he made great use of the added flexibility that enabled. The stay in Arkaroola village and the ridge-top tour were highlights and a flight over the ranges was magnificent. We had a wonderful time with a great variety of experiences all enhanced by Mick's detailed knowledge.
Had a fantastic guided kayak tour the information we received was informative and the whole tour was well worth doing. Great seeing the dolphins up close and the detours into the creeks was great finding out about the mangroves and manoeuvring round them and the other kayaks was a test of your paddling
Nice morning on the water exploring the bay. No dolphin sighting that morning, bummer. Pretty easy paddling in double kayaks, good safety instructions, good equipment, great guide. It's a long taxi drive to the sanctuary, best to have Uber or a taxi reserved to get back to Adelaide.
Gary our guide was very knowledgeable and a really nice person. He took us to the best spots to see animals on the wild and show us around the beautiful island that is his home. Thanks a lot Gary.
