Planning Your Visit
Where is it?
Adeje (or Costa Adeje) is a coastal town in southwestern Tenerife – the largest of the Canary Islands.
Though small, Tenerife has two airports to handle its turnover of tourists. Adeje is just 17 km from Tenerife South Airport (formerly known as Sur Reina Sofia Airport). Don't worry if you're flying to Tenerife North Airport instead – the drive south only takes an hour!

What people are saying about Adeje
The 8 minute cable cars took us up to near the very top of mount Teide, the views above the clouds were simply outstanding, worth every penny , we were left to explore these stunning views with the options to walk on trails either left or right to further explore the views down into the valley and the coastline, then after about an hour we got the cable cars bak down, plenty of time to get food and drink in the restaurant and use toilet facilities before we boarded our coach. The guide was lvly and gave us lots of interesting information about the history of tiede and Tenerife , its formation and plenty of panaramic views which will last us a life time . I recommend this tour to anyone visiting tenerife that do not have any health issues as the air is very fresh and thin up there not appropriate for anyone with heart conditions though please read the guidance information carefully before booking .
LOVED seeing turtles, dolphins & whales! The guides were informative but not overly social/interactive with the guests. We left 45 minutes later than scheduled and weren't told in advance. We went out to sea for about 1.5 hours, then pulled along side a coastal area to swim for about 45 minutes, but the water there was littered with trash. They went very slow on the ride back to stretch out our remaining time, but we still arrived about 15 minutes early.
Couldn’t speak highly enough of this trip! The whole process was well organised and the owner of the company is passionate and helpful. We saw wales, turtles and dolphins, the whole trip felt really special. The captain of our boat was knowledgable about the marine life and also made us feel relaxed and created a fun sailing adventure.
It was a lovely experience. I was contacted a day before my booking that the weather might not be good on the scheduled date so I went a day before. Boat ride was smooth. Enough drinks to go round and surplus. We saw the whales and some dolphins too. Lots of opportunities to take pictures and videos
