What fun! We were greeted at our hotel by a punctual, friendly guide named Javier. We told jokes and laughed along the drive to the peir. The Bonanza is a wonderful way to see the many beautiful sites of Acapulco. The crew would alternate from narration in English & Spanish for about ten minutes, then twenty minutes of live music. The waters were calm and there was plenty of dancing. My only complaint would be the lack of cerveza choice. There is only one choice and it isn’t great. But there are other options, so it wouldn’t justify a bad review. After the cruise, Javier welcomed us at the pier with a warm smile and a wave. He even turned up the music for us in his van as the women in my group requested. I highly recommend this tour!
Our guide Rudy was excellent! He exceeded our expectations by far! I can’t believe the personalized your we got. Front row table at La Perla with a great view and delicious food. Tooootally worth the tour. I’m not a tour person but would highly recommend this. You can’t get that kind of experience on your own. We learned so much about the area and Rudy is so cheerful and went above and beyond.
It was very very nice, we enjoyed, food was good,service was good the tour guy amazing. The only thing we did no like, we had to met him in a different place(they paid for the taxi) but it was very unconformable for us, you guys have to figure out that. But in general that company is very good and responsible. Thanks to you guys GET YOUR GUIDE THE CUSTOMER SERVICE IS SUPER SUPER EXCELLENT.
The tour/driver guides were the best and entertained us on the drive to and from the dive show. The dive show was amazing and the dinner was the best of our trip. This is a must do for Acapulco.
