Guide was very friendly and knowledgeable. He was right where they said he would be holding a blue umbrella so was easy to find. The bus driver did an amazing job of getting us from place to place in all that pre-New Years Eve traffic. My wife and I particularly liked the portions of the trip where we stopped and had a chance to walk around the main department stores and look at the incredible window displays. The trip does end about 30 blocks from where you start but the guide explained how to get the right subway back to our hotel. All in all an excellent experience!

Guide and driver were very good! Full of information about the areas of Manhattan that we visited. The bus was comfortable and they landed several stops where we could get out and explore some of the attractions. They ended the tour in a different area then where they picked us up from but the guide told us which subway line we needed to take to get back to our hotel. All in all a great time!

Our tour around New York was great! Benji was awesome, full of knowledge and very personable. We did have an issue with our bus but a new one was there to get us in a reasonable time (allowing us to get some much needed food), and it was even nicer! Thoroughly enjoyed this tour; our first time in NY would not have been as good without this tour!

Benji was a great tour guide. He is very knowledgeable about the ins and outs of the city!!!!

Tour was interesting, tour guide was fantastic, bus was pretty tight.
