Full description

There is no better way to start the wonderful Dubai experience than to pay a visit to the famous Al Fahidi Fort. This is the place where once rulers of Dubai lived, today it’s a must to see! Next, take a ride aboard the authentic ferry boat – abra - to Dubai's famous old market known as Spice and Gold souk. Take a short walk through the narrow alleys of the old town and find The Treasure House, a unique spot for shopping for an exclusive collection of leather and fur materials. Leave the old town as you get to the bus to the Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum Palace – Dubai’s Ruler, Vice President and Prime Minister of the United Arab Emirates. Take some memorable photos! Continue passing the world trade Centre of Dubai along the 2nd December Street to the union house, an edifice reminder of the bravery of the grandfathers and their decision to create the United Arab Emirates. See the Jumeirah Mosque, known for its 8th century Islamic Architecture. After a short drive, reach the Islamic Art Museum for a discovery of the savoir-faire of a great civilization. The last stop is Burj Al Arab – an amazing creation housing the region's most luxurious hotel and the world's first seven stars.

Great tour of main attractions

The tour led to the Burj Arab, some museum that sold expensive stuff (it doesn't have to be now but you could drink coffee) and a really good museum that showed the former life in Dubai and, last but not least, the spice market. The tour guide gave interesting information about the UAE and Dubai and the tour relaxed. The only negative was the organization of the pick-up which took over 45 minutes and then another 30 minutes to the big bus

Interesting cultural tour

Unfortunately, all participants from the various hotels were ordered for collection at 8:00 a.m., which resulted in delays of around 1 1/2 hours. The tour guide was very hard working and could tell us a lot about the country and the people. A small point of criticism was that the perfumery mentioned in the booking was not shown. The rest was very interesting and you got a good picture of the culture.
