Excellent from start to finish. Well organised trip with emails about times etc before the day. We were met by the driver right on time outside our accommodation. The journey was quick to the first location. Our guide was really knowledgeable about the area and spoke through everything. We then went to the second camp and again had the same guide to walk us through. It was a really informative day and interesting to learn about the history. Would highly recommend.

The previous night, we received an email picking up the next morning as promised. The time was the same as what I had ordered. The friendly driver came to pick us up from our hotel. The driver and the guide spoke fluent English. In fact, our female guide at the museums was absolutely great! Everything went really well and smoothly. I recommend!

Luxury travel. Great guide

We were picked up from our hotel bang on time as arranged. The driver Gregory was very polite, spoke excellent English and drove extremely well. On arrival at Auschwitz we were met by Alexandra our English speaking guide. There was no queuing. She was very informative on both Auschwitz & Birkenau and made the whole experience very memorable.
