Full description
Rainbow Beach is a perfect spot for a beach holiday and ideally situated next to the world’s largest sand island. Make the most of this exceptional location, with a day trip to the world-famous Fraser Island. Learn fascinating facts about the island’s history, and its fauna and flora. Then stroll along the Wanggoolba Creek boardwalk to discover the ancient king ferns, towering ghost gums, and pine trees. Continue to Lake McKenzie and swim in the crystal blue waters or relax on the sandy beaches. On arrival at Seventy-Five Mile Beach you can choose to take a flight over the island, or float down Eli Creek and enjoy the crystal clear freshwater. Visit the Maheno Shipwreck and be sure to snap some photos of the rusting wreck. You’ll also see The Pinnacles Coloured Sands in all their glory and learn how these formations were created. A lunch at Eurong Beach Resort provides an opportunity to stop at the general store gift shop. At the end of your tour, head back to Rainbow Beach and your accommodations.

Had a really great trip to Fraser island with Kevin. He was friendly and very knowledgeable. Hoping to come back on another holiday and do the two day tour!

Excellent day- well planned. Beautiful places visited. Kev, our tour guide was very informative and entertaining. One of the best tours I've been on.

Very good experience I really liked the visit to the lake but in my opinion it was very little time that we were able to stay in this place.
