Great service nice van with good A/C. Only thing that keeps this from being 5 star is the signage on arrival is difficult to find. Turns out just as you exit the arrivals area outside they had a pretty small small sign with my first name on it. Other than that great they took good care of me. Also had to chat with Get Your Guide as the PUJ airport arrivals/immigration area was legit on fire we were evacuated to the tarmac and I wanted to advise the driver that I would be late because of the fire I could not clear immigration. Took a couple minutes to wait for an agent but the service provided by Get Your Guide was fantastic!

We booked this company to transport us to our hotel, not realizing that it was a local transport in Punta Cana and our hotel was in Uvero Alto almost an hour away, the company worked with us on site and made arrangements to get us to our destination without having to guess which of the vendors outside the airport was reputable! I literally booked the day before our trip! Our flight was even delayed over an hour and when we got to the Punta Cana airport we waited no more than 10 minutes and our ride was there! We were transferred in a private bus , no other riders. The driver was very friendly and our ride was smooth. I would definitely be using them again!
