The guide was good overall, easy to download and use. However some parts of the Palace were closed for maintenance and the guide did not know this which made it difficult to follow. It seemed that the closure had been in place for some time, and I am sure that it would have been possible to update the guide accordingly, given that it was downloaded on a visit by visit basis.

The ticket and the audio tour could easily be downloaded to the smartphone. We were able to bypass the queue at the ticket station and go straight in, which saved us at least 30 minutes in line. The audio tour was very well structured and very informative. We were able to follow the path that was described without any problems. Great experience.

The audio guide leads you well over the site, in some places it gets a bit cramped due to other visitors and groups. But you can dodge it.
