I had a great time on this tour!!! I wanted to support an organization that cares for the elephants and not exploit them. The elephants are well looked after and their caretakers treat them like their own children. It’s was a nice experience and I would definitely suggest this tour! One improvement would be going over more facts about the elephants, where they were saved from, and how this organization continues the work to save the elephants.

The people in charge were very punctual. In my case, they picked me up at my hotel. After we got to the elephant sanctuary, the guide explained to us all the procedures in a clear way. We were given clothes as the activities involved being in the mud. I really enjoyed spending some hours with the elephants. We fed and bathed them. When we finished our activities, the staff served delicious foods and beverages and we could take as much as we wish. I recommend this magical experience without any doubt if you visit Chiang Mai.

Had such a great time! This was the highlight of our trip. They picked us up on time and the van was nice and air conditioned on the way there. The sanctuary was run by great people who spoke good English. All the elephants were clearly very happy and very comfortable around the workers and us. The activities were very fun and at no point did I feel unsafe. The guides were great and spent a lot of time teaching us about each elephant and creating a good atmosphere. Highly recommend!
