This was an amazing experience. A helicopter flight will give you the best view possible of the reef, I highly recommend it if your budget allows. It's more costly than other things but totally worth it, I'd do it all over again! The helicopter pilot (can't recall his name) was a good bloke and definitely made the experience great.

This was a fantastic experience! Everything went smoothly and to plan, from initial booking to the actual helicopter flight. The pilot, Nicholas, was really friendly and interesting, generally chatting to us, as well as giving us relevant information and answering questions about what we were seeing. The flight itself was amazing and we saw the white sands of Whitehaven Beach and the beautiful swirls and turquoise/blue patterns of the sea. We marvelled at the extensive Great Barrier Reef below us, then arrived at the heart-shaped reef, circling it several times and were able to get wonderful photos of everything. This is definitely a trip for the bucket list and not to be missed!

Il nostro pilota Edward ci ha fornito tutte le informazioni sui luoghi che stavamo sorvolando ed ha fatto in modo che vedessimo bene le isole, le spiagge e la magnifica barriera corallina. Siamo rimasti entusiasti e con gli occhi pieni di meraviglia
