Our group met as arranged outside the cafe. Carmen our tour leader arrived in good time and explained clearly the procedure for the tour. Carmen deserves extra credit for guiding us so efficiently through the Alhambra given that English is not her native language and having on occasion to deal with the distraction of other visitors along the way. She gave a thorough, clear and colourful historical account of the gardens and palaces of the Alhambra, which we listened to on our headphones. She frequently made sure that we could hear her clearly and allowed time for questions. She pointed out so many details that could have been easily missed or misunderstood without a guide. The audio system helped me become immersed in the fascinating history of the Alhambra and also I think lessened the distraction of other visitors. We thoroughly enjoyed our guided tour!

Excellent tour. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly and did an excellent job. The content of the tour was fabulous, including very interesting and impressive buildings and wonderful gardens. There were a large number of tours going on when we visited which did make everything busy, but this wasn't a big issue.

Alhambra is a must do in Granada!Our guide, Ana, gave us incredible stories, explanations and also amazing tips to enjoy even more the place and city. The tour was well organized. We could find her in the exact meet pointing. We had a small pause during the tour to go to the toilets or buy something. I definitely recommend it!
