The driver was very professional, he was there waiting when we arrived and walking our tormenting point. He also contacted me ahead of to confirm my arrival. On the way to our hotel he even stopped for us at a 24 store to buy water. Truly next level service. Thank you. It made arriving into bali much easier and stress free.

The transfer was flawless. Excellent service. The driver, Ivan was courteous, professional and most importantly honest. I left my cellphone in his car and realized it 10 minutes after he dropped me off. I called the agency and to ask if the driver could return as I thought I had left my phone in his car. He could have easily said my new iPhone wasn’t in his car… but 5 minutes later he returned to my hotel and not only handed me my phone but also asked my to take a second look in his van to make sure I hadn’t left anything else. He truly made a difference in my vacation. I was so impressed by his service that I will be booking my return with him in the future. Thank you Ivan!

Arriving late at night, it was wonderful to have someone waiting for me rather than trying to figure out transport. Note: although I was told the driver would be wearing a blue shirt and holding a “get your guide sign”, he wasn’t. But he was at the arrival hall where he had a piece of paper w my name. So don’t be thrown by that!
