And of course, we'll also serve you the house cider (sagarnoa), which has a distinctive and refreshing taste. Bayonne Next, we'll head to one of the best pastry shops in Bayonne to pick up a Basque cake that we'll enjoy at our final stop. Bayonne For our final stop on the food tour, we'll visit an historic Bayonne coffee roaster. Here, you'll get to taste a freshly roasted espresso paired with an excellent Basque cake from the neighboring pastry shop. The rich aroma and flavor of the coffee, combined with the sweet and savory notes of the cake, will make for a perfect ending to your Basque culinary adventure.

This tour is designed to accommodate a larger group, up to 22 people in a minibus. Crossing the river Bidasoa allows us to reach an area of the Basque Country with a great number of contrasts to discover. We will also move to the stately Biarritz, a 19th century imperial summer city, where its casino and palace still maintain the spirit of the time. This medieval fortified city is still surrounded by a parapet wall, and plays an important role for pilgrims.
