Start the first section of the tour in the Quetrihue Peninsula where you will visit the Arrayanes Forst.  After a quick walk, arrive at Bosque de Arrayanes where you will stay for 45 minutes and cross the forest on a path that is 2625 feet (800m) long. This part of the trip culminates in the mythical cabin that functions as a tea house. From there, boardoard the catamaran and resume your tour as you head to Bahía Anchorena. After several minutes of navigation, the catamaran will arrive at Puerto Anchorena. Once off the boat, begin your tour of the island. Among the possible activities, you can take the historical route, which is a 1-hour walk where you will have access to information related to the history of the island and its flora and fauna. The other option is to trek to Piedras Blancas on a 5-mile (8km) route. You can also visit Toro Beach, where you can see cave paintings, or the recreation area where you can take a break and even eat lunch. On this full-day excursion you’ll take in some of the most breathtaking features of the Nahuel Huapi National Park. Visit lakes, beaches, mountains, and waterfalls, and admire the highest mountain in the Patagonia. Mount Tronador, 3,478 meters high, forms a natural border between Chile and Argentina. From the viewpoint at its base you can see the incredible glacier that feeds the Manso River. See the Ventisquero Negro (Black Glacier) that consists of huge brownish-gray blocks formed by avalanches of ice and mud. Visit La Garganta del Diablo (The Devil’s Throat), a waterfall created by melted glacial ice, surrounded by high rock walls, and see the Saltillo de las Nalcas, a hidden waterfall in the middle of the forest. This mountain’s name, Tronador, comes from the thunderous sounds produced by the massive falling blocks of ice.

A popular tour of Bariloche, this half-day circular route begins in the city and heads out to Lake Nahuel Huapi and Playa Bonita. From Playa Bonita you’ll be able to see Huemul Island. When you reach the foot of Cerro Campanario there’s a chairlift that takes people to the summit (1,050 meters). If you choose to take this optional ride to the top you’ll marvel at some of the most spectacular views of the region. The circuit continues on the San Pedro peninsula to the Llao Llao area. Admire St. Edward’s Chapel, an architectural jewel, and head to Puero Scarf on Lake Nahuel Huapi, where sailing excursions on the lake depart. To the south are stunning views of the Llao Llao Hotel, framed by the Chapel Hill and Cerro Lopez. When you arrive at Panorama Point you’ll admire the lovely views of the Llao Llao peninsula and surrounding lakes. Next you’ll cross the bridge over Lake Moreno that connects the lake with the Llao Llao peninsula and follow the route around Laguna El Treboll, before returing to the city of Bariloche.
