Excellent concept , hop on hop off. Great driver and info given was really good. Would encourage everyone to use it. However, We Booked full day ticket but bus didn't start until 2pm due to half marathon closing the streets. This reduced opportunity to just a couple of hours, but still paid for full day. Understand absolutely the bus company had no choice, but still think maybe a refund would have lessened the blow. Was leaving Krakow early the next day so couldn't use it again. Just unlucky I suppose

After we booked this trip, got a text to say where we were originally to get bus was cancelled,& had to go to wawel castle for bus, ended up having to go to original bus stop, bit of a runaround, not very well explained

It was handy to be able to get where we wanted to go

We enjoyed that we could get off at the places we wanted to see and then get back on the bus again and go to the next place. The information that we listened to on the bus also was very interesting.
