    My experience with this company was great. They where waiting with my name on a card when i arrived at the airport. As our apartment was in the city centre you can't drive to the front entrance but our driver was able to get is as close as possible an showed us where to go to enter our apartment. Would definitely recommend and would book again if needed.

    We chose this method of transport to get from the airport to the hotel. We haven’t been to Krakow before so wanted someone who would be waiting for us. As soon as we exited the arrivals section the driver was waiting for us. Took us to a pick up point then went and got the vehicle. All worked out very smoothly.

    We were greeted at the airport by our driver, who was polite and helpful. He helped us with our suitcases. He dropped us right outside our hotel. We received an email confirming pickup time from the hotel so we didn't have to contact anyone. Everything was smooth and without any problems.

    As we left the airport the driver was waiting with a sign to pick us up. He offered to take our bags and helped load them into the back of the car. The car was pristine, the driver wore a mask and asked us to santitize our hands before we entered the car. We booked for the return journey!

    Great pick-up! Driver was there in time at the agreed location. He drove directly to the right address and even helped us when our hotel was actually closed to the next hotel (which they arranged for us). No remarks!
