After you have been picked up, you will arrive at La Daurade, a superb restaurant and guest house located at the tip of Tunisia close to Italy.  You will then transfer by boat to discover one of the most beautiful caves on the Tunisian coast. There are also sandy beaches and rugged reliefs, sumptuous coves and steep cliffs. You will then transfer from the beach of Haouaria and be dropped at the bottom of a creek near huge caves. It's a landscape that's quite different to most of Tunisia. The water is crystal clear and you will be able to discover the dazzling seabed below. Lunch is provided for you. A starter of grilled sardines with tabouna bread will be prepared on a coal fire, lit in the hollow of a rock. These carefully marinated sardines take on an unequalled flavor. A salad is prepared on the spot and accompanied by beautifully grilled sea bream. Swimming, sunbathing, canoeing, diving, and lunch. It's an idyllic day. As sunset approaches, it's time to head back. You will be taken back to the beach and then on to you accommodation.

Depart Hammamet for Sidi Bou Said, a UNESCO World Heritage Site situated on the Gulf of Tunis. Discover this world-famous location, said to reflect the delicacy of its inhabitants through its architecture.  The village boasts an almost-perfect balance between its two symbolic colors, blue and white. The small Bordj, which sheltered the Mourabitounes in the 9th century, has stretched over the centuries to be transformed into a village sheltering the noblemen of Tunisia. Discover the Palace nejma ezahra, the luxurious residence that Baron Rodolphe d'Erlanger built at the beginning of the 20th century. Between its paintings and musical instruments from the 20s and 30s, it is a masterpiece in the true sense of the word Visit Dar Alaïa; situated at the peak of the hill of the mythical village of Sidi Bou Saïd, it is an exhibition-tribute to the great Tunisian couturier Ezzedine alai. Depart then to visit Carthage and discover its exciting story through the ruins and a visit to the American Cemetery. The cemetery consists of a few acres of grass, flowers, and a wide variety of century-old trees that are the resting place of the 3,000 soldiers who gave their lives during the Second World War.

The day begins with pickup from your hotel in Sousse or Hammamet (depending on the option chosen), and travels back in time towards Dougga. Along the way stop at Testour to visit the Great Mosque, home to an incredibly unique clock with upside-down numbers and hands that turn anticlockwise. Arrive at Dougga, a UNESCO World Heritage Listed location which boasts one of the best preserved Roman towns in North Africa. Spend some time exploring this fascinating archeological site and learn about its impressive history. Once you’ve worked up a bit of an appetite, enjoy a traditional lunch (optional) to restore your energy. After lunch, continue the tour to the city of Zaghouan which is steeped in Andalusian heritage. Head to the Water Temple and admire this semicircular public fountain which is believed to be under the protection of Neptune. Next, stop by the Temimi Foundation, in the heart of the historical center of the city, and learn about the Moriscos people. Later, set off on a guided hike through the mountains to the quaint Berber village of Sidi Medien, which offers a unique insight into the history and culture of the region. At the end of an unforgettable day, sit back and relax on the return journey to your hotel.

After pickup from your hotel, start your tour with a visit to the Archeological Museum of Nabeul. Also know as Neapolis in ancient times, the city of Nabeul was founded in the 5th century BC. The Archeological Museum was renovated in 2003, and although it is only the size of a house, it boasts an amazing collection of mosaics and other rare specimens from various archaeological sites in the region of Cape Bon. Next, head to Kelibiya to explore the fortress of Kelibia, one of the most important monuments of Cape Bon. This historic fortress is built on a massive rock 150 meters high. It is the largest and best-preserved Muslim fortress in Tunisia. You’ll also stop at the nearby port of Kelibia, the fourth largest fishing port in Tunisia and enjoy spectacular views of the fortress from there. Then discover the ruins of Kerkouane, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, before continuing on to Ghar el Kebir, to visit the caves of Haouaria. These artificial caves were dug by prisoners and slaves under the authority of the Carthaginians and Romans. The blocks of stone that were extracted were shipped by sea to Carthage, on the other side of the Gulf of Tunis. Near the end of the tour, enjoy a hike along the Ras ed-Ddar 393 meters above Cape Bon. From the summit marvel at an extraordinary view that extends all the way to Sicily on a clear day. Finally, visit the hot natural baths of Korbous before heading back to your hotel.

Depart Tunis for Kairouan in an air-conditioned van and explore last two 9th-century Aghlabite Basins which were among the greatest waterworks of the Middle Ages. Proceed to the 7th-century Great Okba Mosque, the oldest mosque in North Africa. Nearby is the Mosque Sidi Sahbi (Mosque of the Barber), known for its minaret and beautifully tiled courtyards. Walk through the hustle and bustle of the medina (old city) and take a picture of the camel at "Bir Barrouta." Enjoy lunch on your own and free time to explore the medina.  Regroup and travel approximately 1 hour and 15 minutes to El Jem and admire its monumental amphitheater. Built in the mid-3rd-century AD, it is the largest Roman monument left in Africa, and ranks 3rd in the Empire after those of Rome and Verona. One of the last large amphitheaters built during the Roman era, its architectural design is an improvement over that of the Colosseum of Rome. After the tour, continue to a guesthouse for dinner and overnight.  The following day, enjoy breakfast in the hotel before travelling 40 km to Mahdia. Visit the Skifa Kahla, a massive fortified gate that survives the original Fatimid city, and spend time exploring the souk (market). Regroup and travel 1 hour and 15 minutes to Monastir to visit its grand cemetery where Habib Bourguiba, Tunisia’s first president, was put to rest.  In Monastir, admire the old Ribat (fortress) which has been used as a location for films such as "Life of Brian" and "Life of Christ." Eat lunch in a local restaurant before travelling 20 km to Sousse. Wander through labyrinthic streets to visit the Grand Mosque, the Ribat, and the Dar Esid, a Tunisian Family House museum. Along with its enchanting medieval Islamic history, Sousse wears another hat as a modern resort filled with hamams and beautiful beaches. Visit the El Kantaoui port before meeting the driver for the return transfer to Tunis.

Enjoy dinner and live entertainment around the campfire under a canopy of stars on this private desert escape. The tour starts with hotel pickup in Hammamet. Travel in the comfort of an air-conditioned 4x4 vehicle to Douz, the gateway to the Sahara. Enjoy lunch, shop for handicrafts in the local market, and see the city before venturing into the dunes. Watch the surroundings change from green palms to golden dunes as you near your camp. Once settled, enjoy a delicious dinner at the luxury desert campsite. Unwind while listening to traditional drum music around the campfire. The next day, enjoy breakfast at the campsite before departing for Matmata for the underground Troglodyte visit. NABEUL: -After pickup from your hotel, start your tour with a visit to the Archeological museum of Nabeul. Also known as Neapolis in ancient times. City of Nabeul famous for its colorful pottery and bustling weekly market (Friday mornings). Tours of local ceramics manufacturers can be interesting and worth a look at the massive kilns. Make no mistake about it, though; these tours are thinly veiled attempts to encourage tourists into the showrooms. Much of the same thing can be found in each store. KELIBIA: - This quiet fishing town continues to survive mainly on its fishing fleet and as a service center for the surrounding farmland. The fabulous old fort overlooking the harbor has nearly 2500 years of history contained within its walls. KERKOUANE: - Kerkouane’s small museum displays the beautiful Punic jewelry made of gold and other precious metals, as well as other artifacts. Kerkouane is the first Carthaginian site in Tunisia to produce more than a few funerary objects. HAOUARIA: - During the Roman era, sandstone blocks were quarried from the length of the coast to build Carthage and other nearby Roman towns. The interconnected Haouaria caves are the most picturesque of these grottoes
