Summer is busy with locals on holiday and tourists. If looking to visit wineries, avoid mid-September in which many tasting rooms are shut down for harvest time.

Elia was brilliant. It was a blue sky day so that helped; but the selection of Chateau was inspired: urban, organic, classic. We bought 4 bottles and have tripled (at least) our knowledge and appreciation of Bordeaux wines! Highly recommended.

Our guide, Ilia, was on time, the vehicle was very clean. He was quite knowledgeable and was very eager to help. The vineyards and wineries were worth the visit.
