Sample five different wines served with bread, local olive oil, and traditional appetizers. On arrival, you'll be directed to your table in the tasting room by your guide. Your table will already be set with 5 different glasses and a small tray containing your appetizers to pair with the wines during the guided tasting. Your guide will start by sharing information about the farm history, the local area, and the culture, followed by the guided tasting of each wine. We’ve never been to wine tasting, but are definitly going again after this experience! Anna Maria was really good at explaining (in english) all about the wines, and also had a history introduction about Sardinia! The wines and the scenery are absolutely worth a visit.
