It was snowing heavy when we visited but in a way it made it nicer, Peter our driver picked us up at a nearby location and was very friendly. He brought us to the first camp and explained everything very clearly to us to where to go etc. You only get a 15min break before going to next camp, I'd suggest bringing snacks/water with you as the que gets long and you won't get time to rest/eat. It was emotional at times during the tour especially the gas chamber but its something everyone should do. "By standing on the fence you are siding with the oppressors"

Brilliant service. The drivers were punctual, friendly, knowledgeable. They waited precisely where they had agreed. And I like to be completely organised so I contacted the office prior to our trip to double check the pick-up time for the way back and the office responded very quickly. Lovely clean cars. Would definitely recommend.

Mike was fantastic at his job and was a very friendly man he made sure we were safe and that we had a good time in Poland I would recommend him and definitely book him again and want him as my tour guid the driver was brilliant too he got us to and from our destination safely

It was a small tour group. Patryck, our driver/tourguide was very prompt. We had enough time except for the wooden village. We wish we could have taken pictures there instead of 10 minute toilet break. But all in all it was a 5 star experience for us. Highly recommended!

Fantastic day and experience! My partner and I had a brilliant time!
