This was a great day trip! Our guide was fantastic and gave us lots of details about the history of the region. The hike itself was difficult -- I was thankful that I could opt for a horse halfway through. We only have 1.5 days of acclimation time and I was stopping every 20 feet by the time we reached the halfway point to catch my breath. My boyfriend was able to do the whole hike but said it was super difficult. All that said, it was so so worth it! What a beautiful place! It was unlike anything I've ever seen before and the pictures don't do it justice (suprisingly!)
