We did the tour in reverse order because of where we are staying (centro storico), but we found that to be a fantastic way to understand the city’s history and development, moving outward from the historic center to the newer area. Our guide was knowledgeable not only about Napoli, but has traveled extensively and lived in several other countries as well, so his perspective was wonderful. He was honest about the city’s downsides but was clearly passionate about Napoli’s rich history, architectural beauty, and the multitude of dualities the city expresses. We learned so much from our guide, and we came away with a much better understanding of and appreciation for this amazing city.

Roberto took us exactly where we wanted to go including all the historical sights. He was also well informed and good fun. He gave us a real feel for Naples. We enjoyed a private tour - more intimate than the group experience.

Excellent tour, informative and lots of great conversation. Rita, is very passionate about the history of Naples and also the people of Naples. Would absolutely recommend this tour. Denise L
