Explore the picturesque area of Mecklenburg and the fascinating city of Schwerin with its magnificent Schwerin Castle.  Start your tour at the Warnemünde port, directly in front of your cruise ship. First your tour guide will take you on a brief stroll of the beautiful Warnemünde village. After exploring the village of Warnemünde we will head to Rostock and then to the old town. We will have a brief guided walk of Rostock old town and see the Town Hall, Boulevard, university, Town wall and gates, Monastery and Merchant's homes. After the arrival in the town of Schwerin we will take you on a sightseeing tour. We will show you the old town with market square, cathedral, government buildings (federal state government) as well as former residences of the Duke of Mecklenburg. Next, we will take you to visit the spectacular palace of Schwerin - the Schwerin Castle and its beautiful gardens. Afterwards you will have some free time for souvenir shopping and lunch. At the end of the tour we will once again whisk you back onto the ship.
