Before reaching the town of Sirmione, there will be a short swim stop where you can jump straight from the boat into the cool water. After the swim, the Captain will dock in Sirmione, passing the famous Jamaica Beach and Grottoes of Catullus on the way. Once in Sirmione, enjoy 45 minutes to one hour of time to explore the historic city center at your leisure before the return trip to Peschiera.

Visit the town of Sirmione and take a cruise on the crystal-clear waters of the lake (depending on the weather) and have some free time to explore the medieval town.  Meet your guide at the centrally-located meeting point in Verona. Take in views of the countryside as you ride in a comfortable, air-conditioned van to the shores of lake Garda. Reach the charming town of Sirmione where you can explore the peninsula on a boat trip (the trip may be limited by the weather and the availability of the boat). Get to know Verona, and Lake Garda on this day trip from Milan. Your guide will take you to the famous Shakespearean sights of Romeo & Juliet and the Roman amphitheater (outside only). And before your tour ends, marvel at incredible panoramic views of the country's largest lake. After driving from Milan to Verona, you will be taken on a guided tour, following in the footsteps of William Shakespeare's famous play 'Romeo & Juliet'. You will get to see the famous balcony of the Capulet residence where Romeo was said to have called out to his beloved Juliet. But Verona has a lot more to offer. Visit the famous Roman amphitheater, which was built in the 1st century AD, and where nowadays every summer Verona's well-known open-air operas take place, and see Piazza Mercato and other beautiful architectural places in downtown Verona. For lunch, you will be given some free time to explore the city by yourself and optionally do some shopping or simply enjoy the picturesque old town in one of Verona's splendid cafés. After lunch, we will continue our journey to Sirmione, a small fortified village at the end of a narrow peninsula that extends for about 4 km into Lake Garda and offers wonderful panoramic views on the eastern and western shores of the lake.  Your guide will give you an extensive tour of the old town, before you may optionally join a boat tour on the lake.

Depart from Sirmione Harbor, in front of the impressive Scaliger Castle and set sail onto the glistening waters of Lake Garda. Pass by the pretty villa belonging to the famous opera singer Maria Callas then head to the end of the peninsula to a white rocky beach called Jamaica. Sail to the Rocca di Manerba next and onto the Island of Garda where you can admire the magnificent Isola Borghese. Learn about the rich-history of the villa, which boasts stunning Venetian Neo-Gothic architecture. Arrive at a private island next and cool off from the heat with a dip in the lake’s refreshing waters. Back on the boat, enjoy a tasty snack as you continue onto Salo for a one hour stop-over. Spend some time exploring this enchanting village and walk along its beautiful lakeside promenade. The tour then takes you to the famous Gardone village where you can enjoy a glass of sparkling wine and admire the array of historical buildings that surround the lake. On the return journey to Sirmione, cruise along the eastern coast of the lake and see the Boila sulfur springs. Finally, pass under the drawbridge at Scaliger Castle, the only pedestrian access to the peninsula.
