Very organised tour agency! We got picked up at the meeting point which happened to be next to our hotel! Awesome! The bus was comfortable and warm! Auswits is a MUST! we must remember what happened to those who suffered. It was harrowing and sad but it’s definitely worth it, it’s real history and just mind blowing at what happened. The guides were really good! There’s cafes and loads of places to grab food when you arrive at the SALT mines! Definitely take SNACKS! We got picked up at 630am and didn’t have a sit down at the cafe until 1:30pm BUT we took loads of snacks like crisps and cheese and soft drinks. So we had a wonderful day. The salt mines is great but lots of walking. Don’t be an idiot wear trainers and dress for the weather! even though it was an 11 hour we had a great day learning about history and seeing the mines. Please do this tour you won’t forget it! Sarah and Lloyd, Wales

There are around 800 steps to walk down although you do it in stages. You will walk around 3 kilometers however it is at a slow pace and with some beautiful sights and interesting facts so it flies by and doesn't feel like hard work. Mark was so interesting and nice and clearly enjoys and is passionate about his job.

Highly recommend! A very devastating but educational experience that tells human all the time that history shall never be forgotten, followed by a spectacular, eye-broadening underground museum that requires a lot of walk but definitely worth going.
