I went on this tour with my partner and because we were the only people in our group we ended up with a private guide. Our guide Petra was amazing. She brought binoculars so we could look at our surroundings while she told us stories. She brought different props to use during the different stories, and she even showed us a spot where she had made up a story of her own for. We saw the most important sights in the Old Town district and Petra pointed out a lot of little details we never would have noticed if we had come by ourselves. Our guide very clearly enjoyed her job, as she could not help herself at the end of the tour and took us to some additional spots and spend 30 minutes extra with us. Rather than just sticking to her tour guide script she showed interest in us on a personal level as well. The perfect start to our 5-day trip to Prague!
The guide was super enthusiastic and passionate about the stories that he was telling. The stories were very interesting and frightening! And they really happened! The rain and the thunder that evening made it even scarier. The guide (I forgot his name ) was really nice and funny as well. I WOULD RECOMMAND 100/100
Veronica is an amazing guide. Her knowledge and understanding of all things Czech and specifically Prague is encyclopedic. The tour itself was fascinating and very informative. Well worth the time and money to stop in the synagogues and cemetery. There is much too see. Highly recommended.
Fantastic tour that shows a totally different side of the city with a local that has all the inside knowledge. Super flexible and had amazing recommendations. Due to the small group we even did an alternative route with even more exciting things to see. happy to have done this tour.
I highly recommend this tour for all who are interested in a deeper dive into the history of Prague and Kafka's life there. The guide is very knowledgeable and does very well embedding Kafka in the Prague of his time. Thank you for this inspiring and informative experience!
