Prague: Beer Bath with Unlimited Beer and Optional Massage

1. Prague: Beer Bath with Unlimited Beer and Optional Massage

Relax in a bubbling tub of Bernard’s acclaimed beer. Indulge in this Czech specialty that will leave your skin soft, while refreshing your mind and quenching your thirst. Enjoy unlimited beer from the tap, relax on a heated bed and soak in a private tub, with the option to book a massage. Upon arrival, be taken through the facility by the spa staff. Soak in a private beer bath for two while drinking unlimited Bernard beer. Then, unwind on a heated bed while, of course, enjoying more beer. In private rooms, gear up for a unique experience with friends, your loved one, or in a tub all to yourself. Beer baths are a medical procedure from the Middle Ages, known to cleanse the pores, increase pulmonary circulation, regenerate skin and hair, and revitalize the nervous system. It is necessary to maintain the correct temperature, length, and ratio of ingredients to ensure maximum health benefits.  The bathing experience takes place in special tubs and is regulated by professional staff. The experience lasts about an hour — opting for the beer massage adds an extra half hour. At the end of your rejuvenating visit, you will receive a bottle of Bernard Beer with a historical seal and a certificate of completion.

The Castle contains an overwhelming amount of history and art, but thanks to your local expert guide, you'll navigate the castle grounds with ease. Meet your guide in front of the Malostranská metro station near the Mánes Bridge. From there, take the tram up to Prague Castle. See the fragments of 12th-century frescoes and then walk up the double staircase where the remains of St. Ludmila lie.  Walk along the Golden Lane. The cottages in this alley were originally built for the castle’s sharpshooters, but later housed goldsmiths. In later centuries artists like Franz Kafka lived there.

It’s definitely worth getting a guide for the castle. Especially one like Hana who was exceptional and you can see how passionate she is. Wish they gave us headphones as promised so we wouldn’t miss a word she was saying…

Magdalena was a wonderful guide She was very thorough and you could tell she loves her job We really enjoyed the tour , a lot of useful and interesting information was provided We give 5 stars for the tour !

Marcela, our guide, was great. Kept things moving at an excellent pace. Not too fast but not too slow. She was very informative with a good mix of humour and info. I’d highly recommend her.

Great tour with a guide who really seemed to enjoy doing what she does and gives some very fun insights during the tour.
